“A lovely hotel and their food is fabulous.”

“Hugely overpriced. I’m not saying that it is not a comfortable stay, but I would rate it a 5 star out of 10. Firstly, staff are not really helpful/ welcoming, the welcome drink was nice, but the waiter who served it didn’t give a single smile the whole time. We asked for two separate beds when we booked online but were given one king bed, luckily they double checked and changed the room for us. However, our luggage didn’t come for 20mins( thought they forget about this’ll lie so I called the……

“The staff was very friendly and the hotel new and clean. The sound proofing is horrendous throughout the entire hotel. Between rooms and to outside. The lobby played music very loud until 10pm and then turned it down only a little bit until 11pm when it stopped. Very sleep disturbing. ”

“九日斯里兰卡游，唯一住宿不满意的地方，而且我们还住了两个晚上，房间最糟糕的就是总是莫名其妙的断电，热水器太小，一个人冲凉十五分钟之后就没有热水了！半夜特别冷，虽然给了两床薄毛毯，仍然被半夜冻醒，实在不是住宿的选择！房间倒是干净，6美元的早餐看着也很普通，我们没有选择，强烈不建议选择该酒店”

“We have been in Sri Lanka for over a week now and this hotel has been the best one we’ve stayed at. It is a bit of a walk from the city but can always get a very cheap tuk tuk. Extremely clean and very good breakfast. 10/10”

“Great view over looking the lake and staff is too good and supportive. For the budget price, the hotel is a great choice. May a little up hill, but that add to the view. Near from the lake, view points and good resturants around. ”
