“We had such a great stay at Urban! Very central, so not very far to different places by using yandex/taxi. The staff were brilliant and when we arrived exhausted at 9 am to put our bags in storage before the check-in at 2 they actually let us check in early and got us a room! The room was very nice and comfortable (could have been more sockets), and all in all it was a great time.”

“The air conditioning (AC) were not working at all, they were in a poor condition which once you switch off it does not start again. The hotel was out of hot water for the 48 hours. They said it’s a national problem. I gave my cloths for landury they have charged me 2600 for a few cloths which was not mentioned on thier description that laundry is out of pocket fee. One highlight point was the staff at the front desk and doormats was quite helpful and friendly. Overall very unorganized, Not……

“We stayed there for one night. Clean rooms. Good staff. Good value for money. A basic hotel for short stays. My room did not have a minibar while my colleaugue's room had one. Good four star. Quiet surrounding.”

“사실 이 돈이면 좀더 크고 좋은 환경에 호텔을 이용할수 있다 방은 너무 작고 특히 화장실겸 욕실은 너무 작아서 똑바로 자리잡고 씻기에 정말 불편했다 변기가 세면대에 붙어서 비스듬이 서서 씻어야 했다 그리고 조식도 문제다 사과를 언제 깎아 놓았는지 다 검게 바랬고 푸석해서 바스라 졌다 내가 여행을 많이 하지만 정말 해도 너무한 조식이였다 또하나는 여긴 청소는 해주지만 시트는 갈아 주지 않는다 시트에 때같은 것이 있어서 청소를 해달라고 했는데 그대로 똑같은 시트였다. 내생각엔 청소라는 개념이 스레기통 비우고 쓰던 수건 정갈하게 다시 넣는 기분이랄가...한마디로 쓰던거 체크아웃할때까지 계속 쓰는것 같다.”

“1.객실에 화장실, 샤워실 없고 공동 화장실, 샤워실을 쓸 경우 정확히 몇 명이 몇 개의 화장실, 샤워실을 쓰는 지 예약하기 전에 반드시 알려줘야 합니다. 2.샤워실 문의 일부가 반투명이라 가림막이 반드시 있어야 할 것 같습니다. 3.완벽하지 읺지만 청결한 편입니다. 4.공동 화장실, 샤워실을 쓰지 않는 다른 객실은 괜찮을 수 있습니다. 6.300솜 추가하고 선택하는 조식은 추천할 만 합니다. 7.전용 화장실, 욕실이 있는 객실은 다를 수 있습니다.”

“I have mixed feelings about the hotel, the overall hotel is good however some of the staff are horrible! Encounter with horrible staff #1 when we checked in on June 4th Sunday at around 8pm the check in staff notified that I had to now pay extra for my daughter? I booked a double twin bed room for 2, the hotel even offered 2 person complimentary spa? And now out of the blue I have to pay this extra person charge?? Anyway I just paid to get in my room and not bother arguing with him anymore. ……

“Otel temiz, personel ve şefleri gayet ilgili, müşteri ilişkilerinde güleryüzlü ve kibar. İş seyahatinde her türlü ihtiyacınızı eksiksiz karşılayabileceğiniz bir otel. Spa ve havuz tesislerini bizzat deneme şansım olmadı ama onlar da tertipli görünüyordu. Sorun aramak için çok fazla yüksek beklentilerde olmak lazım.”

“Great property, maintained by attentive staff who are a fountain of knowledge about tourism in the area. Cafe next door provides a great breakfast and the Hostel has a beer fridge (for weary traveller's requiring a refreshment). ”

“Stayed at this hotel during 26th August and 2nd September 2024 to attend my nephew's wedding. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and they happily go the extra mile without the expectation of a tip. The hotel itself is situated next to Victory Square and other key visiting sights are walkable or a short taxi ride away. (BTW taxis are relatively cheap - can travel 5 or so miles for £3-4). I found the hotel clean with reasonably good facilities - enjoyed the free access to the outdoor……
