“Everything was great, and the service was nice. However, the private hot spring couldn’t be reserved in advance, so we had to wait until checkout to see if it was available. Also, there was no shuttle bus, which isn’t convenient for someone traveling on foot, especially on a rainy day.”

“Property had a strong Japanese culture ambiance. Rooms were good but not modern. Bathrooms were dated. Onsen facilities were good. Good location to central bus station. Restaurant options limited and closed early by 7pm. ”
