“The onsens were dated and not well maintained, and the ground floor indoor bath was quite dark and I was almost tripped off at the stair. The entire hotel was very spacious and most areas were clean and nice. But somehow everything felt a bit lacking something compared to most of its peer hotels like the garden maintenance or the staff friendliness/enthusiasm. ”

(1) No bottled water provide (2) Poor customer service and poor English, you cannot communciate with them if you dont know Japanses. “傳統日式榻榻米房型，雖然整體有種古樸陳舊的感覺，但空間非常寬敞，四人房帶衛浴、廁所和浴室各自獨立，是不同於一般飯店的舒適體驗。老闆娘很親切，進房就有暖氣、床也鋪好了，有詳細的手冊介紹設施、服務、附近餐飲等資訊，並提供浴衣。露天湯池非常值得嘗試，一邊賞雪一邊泡溫泉其實沒有想像中冷。”

“Great experience in such nice small onsen hotel. We stayed in the room with outdoor private pool to enjoy the relaxing onsen any time. Our dinner and breakfast were served in a private room, and the room has provided the toys to kids so that we could enjoy the food. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend if you are driving and wish to escape from a busy city. ”
