“Stay was uneventful. Room was ok but the hotel very difficult to find. Little ability at English, but the staff wanted to be helpful.”

“Overall a decent stay, but I probably won't stay here again, and I will explain why. Like most places in China, they don't speak any English. Ironically, Sanya gets many Russian tourists so signs are in Russian and most places speak Russian and Chinese. I arrive early but dispite having available rooms, they tell me to wait until 2pm to checkin. Before this, they actually told me they don't rent to foreigners (with a translation app)! I was like, what?! I even showed my reservation. I leave and……

“Apart from issues with trying to check in using a PSB receipt for my passport which was away for a Visa update longer than expected, I have to say this this was all good. The room was clean, the bed was not TOO hard (in the Chinese hotel context) and my stay was good. There is an excellent bar/restaurant right opposite so Dinner and Brunch were easily sorted out. It was even quite easy to find with the English name on the door.”
