“This was the worst hotel experience ever. I arrived at the hotel and the receptionists did not speak any English. She told me through a translator that I am at the wrong hotel. She showed me to a different hotel within the same building. When I arrived there they told me the first place I was at is the right one. When I came back the lady was very angry and ignored me and helped other customers. She told me she cannot find my reservation. I had to wait for an hour before she asked me to pay……

“Arrived at this Home Inn I booked on hotels.com using the address in my email from them. The address was actually 51 not 53. The room was very cheap for 148 CNY per night. On checking in they told me I was at the wrong hotel and should be at Shanghai Airport Home Inn and it was 200 CNY away in a taxi. I spent 5 hours talking to this hotel and the airport hotel and 3 hours on the phone with hotels.com and finally it was 3am and I had to pay 325 CNY to stay at this hotel! I still can't believe it.……
