“This recently and thoughtfully remodeled hotel as clean, neat and efficient rooms that provide everything you need and nothing you don’t. The automated check in is easy to understand once you have obtained a “reference code” which was not included with my Expedia booking info but can be obtained my messaging the hotel through Expedia. The location is in a quaint neighborhood near restaurants and the Bryggan area. It’s also a short walk to the funicular, which takes you to the top of the mountain……

“This was was the worst booking I have made. I made a booking and received the confirmation too. When I went to to the apartment location at the time of check in, I contacted the online agent to send me an access cod which was meant to b sent to me to enter the building and the room. However, the agent went back and fourth with me for 2 hours to end up saying they haven’t got a booking for me even though I sent him a screenshot of my booking confirmation they could not do anything. After through……
