“Hotel was within a 10 minute drive to Grand Rapids. Check in was very smooth and gentleman provided excellent service! 3 of us stayed in Queen Room w/sofa bed, all beds were comfortable. Plenty of plugs for chargers and counter space. Super convenient with Walmart next door. Room was on first floor by after hour entrance door, yet super quiet. Price was alot lower than Grand Rapids downtown area but still so close. Highly Recommend”

“My family really enjoyed our stay, very comfortable and everything felt really new! The location is near some type of plant, so if the wind is blowing the wrong way and you’re outside you may get an unpleasant smell, but I never noticed it while inside so it was barely noticeable and not really an inconvenience, just something to note if you’re very sensitive to smells.”

“Everything is new and lovely! The doors between rooms are pretty thin, so I asked for a room with no one on either side. The hotel staff was very nice about it.”

“I think we may have been upgraded to a nicer room. It was very large and clean. MUch bigger than I had expected. WONDERFUL breakfast, and the hotel was just lovely. !! Thank you !!!”

“I do not like the way the daytime desk clerk talks to guests, me included. What he doesn’t realize is when he belittles another employee to one of the guests, he is bringing the entire team down. It seems as though he is the only “bad seed””
