“Really love the no tv and internet access. We were Able to put the electronics down and just hang out with one another. Sure it’s a little walk to the beach but it worth it. Sunsets are outstanding. Really enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the treehouse and all the games. Thanks for keeping the cottage feel rather than the modern monstrosities that seem to be taking over”

“Our family spent several days at this cottage and it was exactly what we needed. There was room for all of us, the place was spotless and the hot tub was a huge hit! Close to bike trails and walkable to downtown. We enjoyed a day at the beach too. Cottage is well equipped with kitchen and bath necessities plus games and movies. It was a wonderful experience.”

“The Saugatuck/Douglas community is a special place: quaint shops, quirky history, quality restaurants, and a cohesive community. The cottage provides everything one or two people need for a relaxing stay. Sitting in the garden is a summer delight. The host is appropriately attentive, both town centers are within walking distance. Recommend nearby Modales Wines for serious tasting. ”

“We just loved our time at Anna’s Cottage. It was spacious, warm and welcoming. The windows (and views!) are gorgeous and we loved the photo of the same porch we sat on from the early 1900s. Located across the street from the Chain Ferry and within walking distance to Mt. Baldhead and Oval Beach, the location is perfect. Highly recommend!”

“We had a great time at this beach house. The beach is right by the house, but there are a decent amount of stairs to get down there. The beach was really nice and quiet. The views of the lake were spectacular, especially at sunset. The house overall was really good, just a bit outdated. We also lkved the location and close proximity to Saugatuck. We would definitely stay again.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our time in South Haven. This 1 bedroom cottage was perfect and the cheese and wine upon arrival were much appreciated! My only negative feedback is the couch is a little dated and uncomfortable but everything else was amazing! Super easy access to the beach with all the necessary beach equipment provided. Loved that we had access to laundry and that our dog could stay with us as well. We were permitted to use the main house’s front porch which was nice since no one was in……

“We had a great stay in Saugatuck this past week! It was the perfect location! We walked downtown daily and were a short drive to Oval Beach and Douglas. We are a family of 5 plus our dog. We brought our own pack n play and kept the baby with us in the master bedroom. The 2 bedroom and 2 bath was perfect for our family. The screened in porch was lovely for some more indoor space. ”
