“We spent about a week at this lake house and it was so nice how thoughtful the owners are with items they left from seasonings and coffee in the kitchen to endless games for rainy days and my kids absolutely loved the paddleboard and kayak! We did rent the pontoon which ran very smoothly and was a lovely way to see the lake. The house was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Todd was very easy to get ahold of and a great Host.i highly recommend staying here and hope to be back next year! ”

“Loved the location, easy to walk to the beach and quick drive to town. We come to the area a few times a year and first time we stayed in Douglas. Home was cute and a perfect size for my family and pup. Owner was very prompt with questions and answering them. Not to the fault of the owner, there must have been a little animal stuck in/near property as which flared our allergies, she was very apologetic. The kids just needed to sleep in the living room. I did love the home and area. ”

“This is a beautiful little cottage with a million dollar location on Lake Michigan. It is marketed for 6 people. I can't give it 5 stars, because it is equipped for 3. The beds are new and very comfortable. The sheets and towels are very nice. However, the cabin is very dirty. Floors are sandy. The foldout couch had cereal, sand and candy in the bed. The shower curtain liner was filthy and the shower head was practically useless. The drains backed up immediately. The kitchen is poorly……
