“Check in was very easy and the building is beautiful. The extra facilities like pool and hot tub are really great. The condo was clean and the kitchen was great. There is only one traditional shower. The other bathroom is a tub with a hand held so just know that if you have picky guests. I personally loved the tub. Parking is also easy and plentiful and you can walk downtown. ”

“We had a great stay in Saugatuck! The place was small but very clean and nicely maintained—perfect for our short trip. The beds were super comfortable, and the location was ideal—within walking distance to both downtown Saugatuck and Douglas. Exactly what we needed!”

“This was a beautiful, clean condo in the most convenient spot. We loved staying here! It was super close to restaurants, shops and the beach and it even had a filtered water pitcher in the fridge, shampoo and conditioner in the shower, board games, 2 beach chairs, etc. It was perfect for our family of 6 and we can’t wait to come back!”

“I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. The house is a few minutes away from the beach. It is a duplex, but we never had an issue with the neighbors. The only bathroom is on the top level and up a flight of steep steps. It may not good for elderly people or people……

“View and location are great to the beach and short walk to downtown. Owners have definitely made upgrades and improvements. We enjoyed the space and amenities (beach chairs and full kitchen). Pool looked nice. Owner has detailed instructions and checks in. Check in and access are easy. ”

“The condo was great. I can tell the owner was thoughtful of her guests who stay there. The view of the lake was amazing. It was so relaxing with the windows open and hearing the waves. Having the pool and private beach was the best. The first two days we were there was super hot and the air conditioner struggled a bit. Thankfully the weather cooled a bit. I had reached out to the owner and she was very responsive. I think it was just hot and that beautiful evening sun shines in. Only negative……

Amazing views of the sunset every night! Great communication with owners at all times. Christine and John are friendly, kind and considerate hosts! We will be back for sure -100%”

“We are a retired couple who so much enjoyed our stay. It was a quiet place with a nice combination of different ages. The pool was definitely an asset. Host was wonderful and answered our question promptly. We would love to spend time at their again! ”
