“The hotel’s floor soundproofing is terrible. The thumping sounds from people walking upstairs and next door are like thunder. I was rudely awakened before 10 a.m. by a staff member knocking on the door, wanting to come in and clean the room. The funniest part is, when I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. to check in, I found someone in the room I was given. Fortunately, the room had a safety lock on the inside. Of course, when I went back to get a new room, the lady in that room also went to……

“OH MY GOODNESS! When you park, the property is clean and maintained on the outside. No litter, trash or anything around. When you walk in, it smells so pleasant and CLEAN! You are greeted immediately and it's not an overwhelming, booming hello from across the way. Everyone at the front desk was kind, warm and welcoming. Even the elevator was sparkling clean and smelled so good.The real MVP's are housekeeping! The rooms, the hallways, everywhere was spotless. If I could give this property a 10……
