“After finding out this home flooded during the hurricane, it became very apparent why so many parts of the house were broken and unfinished. Luckily, Wes was able to come fix a few issues very quickly. For the price of this home, there should not be as many issues as there are. A few issues we encountered:Elevator malfunctioning A very large crack in main sliding doorFloor wood panels missing from the stairsDoor knobs falling offSprinklers out of the ground Pool and hot tub barely becoming warm……

“We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful house on Anna Maria Island! It was impeccably cleaned and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of space for our large family to relax and enjoy. The location truly couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach and a short walk to charming coffee shops, stores, and everything else we needed. The thoughtful design and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. ”

“This house is gorgeous and so clean. The beds are really nice, except the twin beds are REALLY squishy and not comfortable. There are plenty of dishes and glassware, comfortable couches and fantastic outdoor furniture, including a great couch on the roof deck. The property is right on the beach with your own entrance and path. The pool and hot-tub/spa are perfect. The drawbacks are that there is construction going on next door, but luckily they weren't working on the house while we were there.……
