“Rooms were clean, staff was courteous. Only issue was the key system, they never got it to work with two keys (one would always NOT work from the beginning, for both rooms). Every time we asked to fix one key, it would disable the other…so what was the point in giving us two keys? The other issue is you get what you paid for. There is literally only room to sleep. No room for luggage. We pushed them under the bed. Bed frames are smaller than the mattress so you can’t even sit on the side of the……

“Arrived Bordeaux at the hottest days, almost 40 degree in June. Great to find hotel with sufficient air conditioning, and the room is spacious and clean. There are some water leaking from the shower tub, but not great matter. Great shower. The ladies there, Helen, is very helpful, even help me to move my heavy luggage upstairs into my room.
