“This motel is close to sleeping bear dunes and reasonably priced for the area. We are a family of 5 and struggle to find rooms that accommodate all of us without having to book two rooms. Honor Motel had rooms with 3 double beds. It was quiet and clean. Air conditioned and a dehumidifier running kept it cool and comfortable. Kate was super friendly and made check in really easy for us! We highly recommend this place! ”

“There were rarely any services but alternately it was very quiet and peaceful. The environment was great and cozy. One of the obvious insanity point was that the towels had dirty spots on them. ”

“Lance is very responsive to your needs. There is a large refrigerator and microwave. You will need to bring your own microwavable items for cooking. He did bring us some paper plates and plasticware. Better to bring your own. Very quiet unless you have neighbors who bang their screen door. That was comfortable. Bear floor so we brought our own rugs Culligan water dispenser. Nice outdoor seating. ”

“Cabin was stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was timely and included all information we needed for access to cabin. Would be great if in the future that there was a pull out couch for extra people or a blow up mattress. Plenty of room for 4 people”

“The property was perfect for our family. It was very comfortable for reading, movies, or enjoying the wooded yard. The beach was close and just a short drive or walk. It was great to have biking and hiking trails nearby. We would definitely return. ”

“We had the most amazing time! The cabin was perfect, the bed had a wonderful view of the forest. The dock was lovely to sit at. Everyone was very kind, and social. There is a bar, ice cream and grocery very close! Highly recommend the farmers market on Tuesdays! Unfortunately no fish in the stream”
