“Pros: This hotel was clean, beds are comfortable and staff was friendly. Cons: Ice machine on third floor was broke. Advertising was of heated pool. This pool was NOT heated. Literally felt like the polar plunge. I’ve never been in such a cold pool. They said they’d fix it but the 4 days we were there it was not fixed. All outlets in room and lobby were loose and could barely hold my phone charger to charge my phone. I kept having to carefully set it each time to get it to work. ”

“My family has two rooms in there. All of us didn’t have a sleep in the room. Big noise from Ventilation ducts. That’s my worst experience with hotel. I call service and ask change room, and I didn’t get it.”

“The hotel staff was very acommodating. We needed a room for a physically challenged family member and the room and bathroom was well thought out. The bedding, curtains, flooring, bathroom were all clean. Very quiet, breakfast was avaiable. Highly recommend them.”

“I liked the location of the property! Only about 17 minute drive from the river walk and there’s an indie pop bar about 9 minutes away. The pool was open and clean. Rooms were clean for the most part! Only complaint was that the microwave seemed like it had a short in it but would work when it wanted too. We requested housekeeping clean our room and bring fresh towels while we were out but they didn’t end up coming. Jackie at the front desk was friendly, professional, and informative! We had a……
