Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. “We had an amazing stay; breathtaking views, beautiful home, full amenities, comfortable bed.We enjoyed the back deck every evening. The sunrise in the morning with a cup of coffee and the sunset in the evening with a bottle of Texas wine.Only suggestion is a Keurig coffee maker and new lounge chairs on the back deck.Perfect place, thank you for sharing it with us.”

“The family and I loved our stay. The cottage is beautiful, cleaned, peaceful and has toiletries in case you forget something or run out. The property has a lot of space that my 2 & 4 year olds were able to ride their bikes. There were a couple of games to play and we chose to play jenga, enjoyed seeing the cars pass by while eating breakfast on the front porch, later in the day we sat on the back porch and viewed the river. “We loved staying in this VRBO! The house is true to the pictures, very clean, and is pretty large with lots of space for a large family to chill out. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans and a good selection of spices. There is access to the river and it was a very quiet neighborhood. We had absolutely everything we needed and loved our stay.”
