Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans and a good selection of spices. There is access to the river and it was a very quiet neighborhood. We had absolutely everything we needed and loved our stay.”

“We came with our grown grandchildren for a little vacation and to enjoy the Frio. We had so much fun. Walking distance to the river made it easy to access. The amenities are awesome with TV in each bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, beautiful front and back porch with plenty sitting areas, nice clean grill, beautiful scenery and a hammock that I enjoyed laying in every day.
