“Our family of five traveled to this beautiful property for the week of Thanksgiving. All of us, from the senior citizens in their mid-80's to the 14 year old girls absolutely fell in love with it. It is a well-loved family ranch/hunting camp on a very large property with all the conveniences of home. If you are looking for something fancy and new, it is not for you. If you are looking for an real place where generations of kids have played, people have cooked delicious meals and eaten them……

“Well we didn't expect the cabin to be next to the road with all the noise, and we encountered a scorpion in the bathroom sink when we first got there, but over all we had a great time. ”

“We loved the cabin. Plenty of shade and trees to hang a swing and hammock from. Had so many activity items like corn hole, big jenga blocks, uno cards, and dominoes (to name a few). The littles and adults loved the games. There were plenty of seating options inside and out. The beds were very comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. It was absolutely peaceful and relaxing. The hostess showed us to an area of the river down the road and even waded in to sweep moss off the rocks so the……

“Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. A convenience store is about a 5min drive. Garner State park is about 10min drive as well. Very……
