“Clean and tidy room with private bathroom and shower. One double and one single bed. A shared kitchen which had full amenities although I did not use these. A warm fire place in the shared lounge which another nice room guest added in more firewood which the warmth flowed into the dining/kitchen area. If you are looking for a simple, fuss free room for an overnight/long stay, can't go wrong here. Under 10mins drive into the city/beach/Mt Maunganui. ”

“Ett fantastiskt ställe. På parkeringen möts du av en av ägarens hundar som är överlycklig över att få träffa dig. Vägen dit är smal och backig men utsikten är fantastisk när du kommer fram. Rum med skjutdörr som du öppnar mot gräsmattan och bortom den ser du havet och soluppgången på morgonen. Acceptera erbjudandet om middag. Två anledningar. Dels riktigt riktigt god och dels vill du inte köra fram och tillbaka till något annat ställe i mörker. ”

“A fabulous child friendly place to stay. It's clean and has friendly staff who can answer any queries. My only suggestion is in reference to the showers. I found it really annoying having nowhere other than a couple of silly hooks to put ones clothes on in the shower ( If there were more hooks, they were so close together that your clothes fell off). As well as that there was nowhere to put my toilet bag other than on the floor which was often wet and/ or sandy. In the past there were slings……
