“This is my favorite place to stay when I come to visit my daughter at Kansas State. It’s wonderful to have a kitchen, the bed is really comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.”

“ I ordered a room with a jet hot tub from the web site .Yes I paid extra for the room .I was informed by the office that none of the rooms had jet tubs,they was in the middle of a remodel. I asked questions around the extra charge for a room with the jet tub . No response. I suggested they update the online site andI was dismissed back to the remodeling situation. They never offered to refund any part of my payment and or update the advertisement. A extra blanket in the room would be nice it is……
