“Room was nice sized and clean. Mini fridge was a plus. Common areas of front entrance, lobby, dining area & pool were brightly lit and well maintained. Free breakfast each morning was very good. Nice selection of hot & cold offerings. Located near a pizza place, McDonald's, Tim Horton's & Bob Evans. Less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Jamestown.”

“When I arrived at the Butler House, the owner (MK) informed me that it was actually closed for renovations. Expedia had been repeatedly informed of this but continued, nonetheless, to book reservations for guests! MK was very apologetic and offered me accommodation in the camper beside the house. It looked to be very comfortable and roomy, and had a relatively large fridge, so I accepted. Never regretted the decision. It was so quiet and cool in the evenings that I slept very soundly, and the……

“It was wonderful. I can’t believe how the owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. That is just what we were looking for. The house was warm, cozy and inviting. I loved the peace and quiet in the yard by the fire pit! Would highly recommend a stay there!!”

“Love staying here, very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Excellent location to all the wineries. We rented this house to fish a few days on Lake Erie, very convient to the marina which does not charge tonpark and has a very nice fish cleaning station. Its quiet and relaxing.
