“The staff were very nice. The hotel is older so they are doing their best with it. There are certainly things that need addressed, such as the wiggly toilet. Its near a large roadway but was quiet. ”

“We travel frequently staff both checking in and out was very friendly efficient, and respectful. They were 100 percent booked and very busy, but took time to make sure everything was correct for us. I really appreciated that and it doesn't always happen on our stays at other places.”

“The young lady who checked us in was wonderful. We had a very long drive and we were exhausted. Her sunny demeanor was just what I needed. We were just there for one night. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.”

“This property may be pretty new but the staff is really the strong point. Friendly from my first check-in and willing to answer questions and help with anything I needed, even when there were a couple things wrong with the room they jumped on it to make it right for me and allowed me to truly enjoy my stay. If you will need to Lyft/Uber from the property to anywhere, allow 10-20 minutes to be assigned a driver and another 10-20 for them to reach you - most of them appear to be coming over from……

“I have stayed here a handful of times the last 2 or 3 years and each time it is clean, friendly staff and very close to tons of shopping, restaurants and amenities. The last 3 or so times ive stayed (several months apart) ive had the same long haired gentleman check me in and the same very kind middle aged attendant at breakfast. The fact that this place has consistent staff that are always exceptionally kind and courteous really takes the cake for me and brings me back.”

“It was dirty there was dog hair all over the clean bed and all over the floor burn holes in top blanket lady at the front desk was not nice at first. It also smelled like dog pee in my room badly ”
