“Beautiful brand new house down a quiet cul-de-sac. Well appointed with everything we needed including the golf cart. Easy check in and out. Property management team via text and email was super friendly and easy. The kids had plenty of space to spread out. Close to the beach and across the street from restaurants, ice cream and coffee. We loved it and hope to be back soon.”

“Our family had a wonderful stay at the condo. The golf cart was convenient to get to places in the town and the beaches. The pool was right outside the house which was awesome. However, it’s not heated so be prepared for the cold water. Overall, it was a great stay and great property! ”

“House is nice for big families! Plenty of rooms. I felt washer & dryer was to small for that big of a house with that many people staying there. Not a fully stock kitchen compared to many I have stayed in. No dish towel, pot holders or kitchen towels. We had to go buy bowls to put left overs in because most of the cabinets was empty. Update pans & get non stick ones just a suggestion. We went & bought our own set. Had trouble with electrical in the house but they fixed it the next day. Things……

“We found this condo on the spur of the moment trip to Santa Rosa Beach. Beautiful place with a well equipped kitchen. TVs in every room. The 3rd floor balcony was very relaxing with the swivel chairs and TV. Very close to everything. Enjoyed the golf cart. It would have been nice to know that they had 6 beach chairs and 3 umbrellas.”

“My family (five adults + one child) greatly enjoyed our stay at Kyle & Elizabeth’s house. It’s wonderfully spacious, clean and had everything we needed. My daughter was thrilled by how close we were to the community pool. Having the golf cart made getting to the beach so much easier. There’s plenty of beach chairs and to use. My mom and I greatly enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on one of the many porches. We had a great week and will be checking to see if this house is available for future……

“We stayed in Water's Edge for 4 nights and did not want to leave! Beautiful condo on a beautiful beach. Very quiet with very comfortable bed. Walked to Redfish Taco, Cowgirl Cafe, Blue Mountain Bakery, and Coffee Shop at 30A. Walked on the beach to Grayton Beach State Park. We will return again, and will book through Beach Stays Vacations.”

“The area was quiet and inconvenient. The house had everything we needed and plenty of room. The pool is really small, though, so if you’re expecting that to be an option, it’s more of a hot tub size. But the cool game room at the top of the 3rd floor was really nice. It had everything we needed for the beach, including chairs in the golf cart.”
