“Beautiful property....just as described except its more of a 4 bedroom with a "media" room. It describes the bed, in the "media" room, as a twin bed, but its more like a futon/couch that does not have a regular "twin" matress shape. So the twin sheets don't fit properly. I would say it is not suitable for an adult, which is who stayed in the room.....and there is also not a closet in that room. When I booked there was no picture of the "media" room.The house is spacious and beautifully decorated……

“Our stay was amazing!! The condo was clean and had all of the amenities needed. We loved that the pool was right off the porch and the golf cart added that extra bit of fun and convenience. Beach access and some really good restaurants are just a short golf cart ride away. Definitely recommend the local catch bar and grill! We would definitely stay here again! Just be aware the bunk room is more of an entry way with no privacy door, but set up well for little ones. ”

“Nice / Clean — Requires Attention to DetailBeautiful, clean and bright home … the LSV and bikes were great for getting around …didn’t use the kitchen much, but it certainly seemed to have everything we needed … check in was simple … had nearly all the things we tend to check off. Things that would elevate this cute / promising home—- Beach towels—to be fair, not advertised as having them, but at the very least, tell folks they should pack them … (BYOB-T?). Interestingly the visitors guide ………

“We stayed in Water's Edge for 4 nights and did not want to leave! Beautiful condo on a beautiful beach. Very quiet with very comfortable bed. Walked to Redfish Taco, Cowgirl Cafe, Blue Mountain Bakery, and Coffee Shop at 30A. Walked on the beach to Grayton Beach State Park. We will return again, and will book through Beach Stays Vacations.”

“My family (five adults + one child) greatly enjoyed our stay at Kyle & Elizabeth’s house. It’s wonderfully spacious, clean and had everything we needed. My daughter was thrilled by how close we were to the community pool. Having the golf cart made getting to the beach so much easier. There’s plenty of beach chairs and to use. My mom and I greatly enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on one of the many porches. We had a great week and will be checking to see if this house is available for future……

“The area was quiet and inconvenient. The house had everything we needed and plenty of room. The pool is really small, though, so if you’re expecting that to be an option, it’s more of a hot tub size. But the cool game room at the top of the 3rd floor was really nice. It had everything we needed for the beach, including chairs in the golf cart.”
