“This unit was first rate and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and had nice linens. We enjoyed the outdoor patio with nice furniture. The private beach and umbrella/chairs were a real plus. We loved having a gated garage for our car. The lobby, opened for gatherings, was welcoming. We appreciate the owners opening their condo to us! ”

“Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. ”

“We enjoyed a quiet, relaxing stay at Seaglass Cottage. We have been to Seaside many times and found this cottage to be among our favorites. Seaglass is in the middle of everything to do in Seaside, but in a sense, it is away from it all. We are looking forward to returning to this perfect spot. ”

Kitchen had all we needed, close to Restaurants and Grocery, and easy private access to the beach. Elevator was down during our stay - would have been helpful to know ahead of time for planning, but wouldn’t have altered our plans. We’re planning to book again for same week next year. Thank you! ”
