“This place had everything we could have ever hoped for! Plenty of space. Best pool we have ever seen. Golf cart to make traveling to and from so simple. Everything was a short golf cart ride away especially the pool and beach access area. Every room had its own bathroom which made the stay amazing! The pool table was great for the guys to hangout after the pool closed each night or while we were waiting for everyone to get ready each day. Loved the area and the fact that it wasn’t over crowded.……

“This home is beautiful. The home has everything you need to enjoy the beach and area. It was so nice to sit on the patio each morning and enjoy the breeze and views of the beach. The pool was beautiful and the hot tub made for the perfect ending to every day. There are four bikes which we enjoyed riding up and down the 30A bike paths. The management company was amazing and quick to responded to every question. They were very accommodating and allowed us to park at the residence prior to checkin……

“Our stay here was great! The property was exactly as depicted in the photos. All bedrooms were downstairs in a long hallway, which actually made nap times and bed times easier for everyone. Upstairs was the kitchen and living area, and we all loved going up there and spending time together. The property manager was very responsive the few times I had to reach out (late checkout related). I did notice underneath the beds hadn’t been cleaned before our stay. I think the cleaning people may have……

“The best thing about this house is the location to everything ! It’s also adorably decorated and super clean and has everything you need. This house was set-up perfectly for our 3 couples. It was about a mile from Seaside which was ideal. Ashlee the owner is accommodating and responsive answered anything we might need including recommending things to do in the area. We have been coming to 30A for 10 years now and this was our first time outside of seaside. But this house was so much better to……

“This place was great, with plenty of room, bathrooms, great pool and short walk to the beach. The kids loved the bikes and we didn't move our car once we arrived because the golf cart got us everywhere we needed to go. Bedrooms were very spacious and it was immaculate. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much for a great family spring break trip!!”

“I don’t recall the listing noting that to heat the pool/hot tub cost 70/night plus tax. So we weren’t able to use the pool or hot tub. Water filter in refrigerate was expired. Rest of the stay was nice. ”

“Compact, quaint, quiet, lovely 2BR with small garden, outdoor shower and fire pit. Had enough space inside and was walking distance to beach, bicycle rentals, restaurants! We totally enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Host was exceptionally responsive and all expectations were most definitely met! Would totally come here again.”
