“The Smith House was perfect for our Grayton stay. The home house so much character, while also having all the amenities of home. We loved the exposed wood beams, cozy wraparound porch, and outdoor shower. Everything was clean, and the communication with the owner was superb. The location was great—an easy walk to Grayton restaurants and the beach. We will definitely be staying again!”

“This house came with lots of things to keep us busy on the few rainy days during our stay. The kitchen had everything we desired and made cooking meals at home a breeze. The bathrooms and bedrooms came well stocked and extremely clean. The wrap around porch with rocking chairs and swing made relaxation easy. Plus the location to the beach and the town center was amazing. I cannot recommend these hosts and property enough.”

“This house was perfect for being off and tucked away. It was quiet and very cozy. The house was simple, yet felt homey. The front porch may be the best thing about the whole place. We spent several hours out there reading, playing games, and taking naps. If I were to stay again, I would rent a golf cart to get around. This house is close enough to the public access points (which are limited in parking) and to the shops and restaurants to use a golf cart instead of your car.”

“The location is phenomenal with walking access to the beach, restaurants, food trucks and shops. However, the cottage was a little rundown and needs to be updated. I made sure to message the manager of all of the broken blinds so I wouldn’t be charged. Ventilation in bathroom is nonexistent even when you open windows there’s no way for the heat to get out so everything turns damp and humid in the room. Oh and door upstairs wouldn’t lock. Other than those items we enjoyed our stay and again,……

“We enjoyed our weekend stay. We liked being able to walk to the beach as well as a few nearby restaurants. We recommend the 5 min walk to Steamboat Grill as we ate dinner there 2 nights in a row.
