“We had a very nice stay at Karen's place. Short walk to the beach, all the necesaary beach accessories were included and Karen was very reaponsive to all the inquiries we had! Fenced in backyard was nice to have but it wasn't as grassy as in some of the pics so just keep that in mind- it is Florida after all! You can still walk your doga through the neighborhood so no issuea there! Overall a very nice stay!”

“Our stay at the watercolor carriage house was amazing! Beth and Randy were wonderful host. Randy met us at our arrival to greet us and provide us with our wristbands and provided us insight into the local spots. The house was actually bigger and nicer than the pictures, I feel the pictures don’t give it justice. High ceilings and very spacious for our family of 3, and private/quiet. “Oyster Cottage exceeded our expectations. Everything was new and clean! The cottage was thoughtfully designed, and the decor had a chic, Seaside aesthetic. We were greeted by a friendly representative from Homeowner’s Collection who answered all of our questions. The Beach, shops, dining, and the Seaside Swim/Tennis Club were a 5 minute walk away. “My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary! Close drive to the beach and restaurants. Far enough away from Pier Park so you don’t have to fight traffic. We found a spot at the beach where most days there were only a handful of people (less than a mile from cottage).
