“Close to the beach, well maintained, and had basics so we didn't have to worry about soap, shampoo, toilet paper. Has beach chairs/umbrellas. Owner was very responsive to questions. Only recommendation is it would be nice to have beach towels, travel glasses/tumblers for the beach, cooler for the beach, and food storage items (containers, ziplocks, foil, etc.) but not a deal breaker just nice to have. ”

“Pictures on website are for unit A, unfortunately we had the back unit, B. Still able to enjoy the dock. Was informed prior to arrival passcode for the door, it was wrong. Had to call to get correct passcode texted to me. Overall, not bad experience.”

Sandpiper Rentals is the property management company that tends to manage the properties we've rented over the past 8-9 years, and they are just great. This property was awesome and right in the thick of everything we wanted to do and every place we wanted to visit.”

“The Bungalow was very nice. The refrigerator had a variety of drinks available. There were multiple snacks. Sandy & Larry had excellent communication skills with us throughout the entire trip. Always checking to be sure we had everything we needed. There were 2 adults, a 11 year old child and 2 dogs in our family and there was room for all of us.Going to Santa Rosa Beach, FL was on our bucket list and we are fortunate thst we were able to stay in this Bungalow with such great Hostesses!!We are……

“Perfect place for a beach getaway! Small and quaint, close to 30A beaches and not too far from Destin or PCB. Loading dock a short walk away from the tiny home if you’re looking to load a boat or just take out a kayak. My only complaint would be the bugs and the beds weren’t very comfortable. Quite a few creepy crawlers lurking around inside the home, but it is backed to the woods so it’s to be expected, and the mattresses seemed a bit thin. I also wish there was a broom or some cleaning……
