“Mermaid Cottage, is a beautiful house and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The home is located right across from the beach which made the walk over super easy. The pool is fantastic and was kept clean. The community is quiet/safe and dog friendly which we loved! We will definitely look to stay here again!”

“My spouse and I stayed at this VRBO for about two months during the summer. The location is perfect! It's a short walk to Miramar Beach, which quickly became our favorite place to relax. The unit itself had everything we needed: a spacious living room, functional kitchen, comfortable bedroom, a shower/tub in the bathroom, and a washer/dryer in unit. The management company was also VERY attentive and responsive to any needs we had. We communicated via text the whole time but I never had to wait……

“Great property. All was great expect the golf cart condition. There had been a previous rain and the golf cart seats was soaked to the cushions. This was to the point where our pants, shorts, dress was soaked on her butts daily. Uncomfortable and very aggravating. The management company was notified and made aware. “We typically stay at Laurel Grove in Sandestin several times a year but decided to stay at the Bungalows this time. The property was very clean and appeared to be modern ( not contemporary) construction and well decorated. Lots of detail trim, 10’ ceilings on the first level and 9’ on the second. Each bedroom had it’s own bath. The master had a large walk in shower. The beds need to be updated to foam mattress’s instead of coil springs. Kitchen was modern with ample counter space. TVs in every……
