“I believe that the room will offer unparalleled access to the pool and beach with ocean beach views from the unit. Clean and straightforward unit. Bed was comfortable and clean. Would like to have a return visit once the pool reopens. Checkout was a bit early, most hotels and VBRO Units have a 11:00 checkout. But overall. a great experience.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this condo. We loved the location and the convenience of having the stairs so close. We were able to go down 1 flight of stairs to access the beach. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella provided by the unit. The patio views were beautiful!”

“Ariel Dunes was the perfect place for our family of 6. We had access to the pool, space for everyone to sleep and nap, a spacious balcony to enjoy the beach views, the most seamless walk to the beach and a full kitchen to cook. ”

“Location 5/5! So close to the beach. The unit we were in was nice, but the walls could use a cleaning. We had some service issues (internet connection, smoke detector in master bedroom started beeping at 8pm, and the water smelled like rotten eggs). All issues were addressed and corrected, but I'm guessing no one had been in the unit for a while as the WiFi router was turned off, remote control batteries dead/corroded, light bulbs burned out, etc. They don't specify in the instructions that……

“The accommodations were perfect for my husband and I. The place was clean and comfortable with a great view of the beach. The condo was well stocked and met all our needs. Big plus is we did not have to wait for an elevator!!! The pool was not in service but who goes to the beach for the pool!! (There was a pool available less than 25 feet from the exit door). We will be back!”

“The prosOur stay was overall great! Wonderful location, close to tons of shopping, wonderful restaurants, so close to 30A, and we enjoyed the perks of Baytown wharf. Once the construction is done it will be fabulous to use the back porch to walk straight to the pool or beach. The consUpon arrival we didn’t have a code to get into the condo, just a building code and gate code. With this unit being on ground level we were very surprised that there was no window covering on the small 2 windows……
