“The property exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in the area several times and this was our best experience. We greatly appreciate all the little extras and the attention to detail that we found. Early morning coffee on the outside area was delightful. Pool experience was great. “This was our first stay in Watercolor and the carriage house was the perfect choice! It was so welcoming and comfortable; tucked back in a quiet part of the neighborhood. Beth was an excellent host and always so quick to answer any questions. Look forward to visiting again! ”

“We absolutely loved the carriage house! It is a beautiful and private space with plenty of room to stretch out and the small kitchen was a added bonus. The included covered parking and close proximity (about a block) to Camp Watercolor was great! We loved the walking the property and have been fans of Watercolor for a long time and would definitely stay again at the carriage house with it's access to all the Watercolor amenities.”

“This listing was great. Perfect location to the beach and the main strip shops/restaurants. The property was clean and as describe. The host was easy to work with. The steps to the bedroom are tricky to walk up if you are pregnant or you have trouble walking but you get use to it. Overall, 5 star! ”

The beach was a bit crowded but so is almost anywhere spring break Rosemary Beach. The owner was responsive, nice and very helpful. Would recommend.”

“This is a wonderful place to stay. My mother and fiance both have bad knee, but they were both able to walk to the beach.. The grandkids love the pool even though it was a tad chilly mid October. Very nice place with plenty of place within walking distance to many places.”

“We had a wonderful time here. The property was beautiful and the pool wasn’t overcrowded. The beach access was a very short walk and the beach service for chairs was great. Whitest, cleanest, softest sand we’ve ever seen. The house was perfect for us and had all the amenities as described. The owner was extremely responsive and respectful. Would definitely come back hand stay here. ”
