“Great location and plenty of room for my son and I! The place was clean, well kept and spacious. The only negative was that the toilet stopped flushing a few times and I had to take off the back and fix the chain myself and the shower didn’t drain well, but outside of the plumbing issues it was a nice place! Would recommend and will likely stay again! ”

Not only did the studio have every single item we needed, it was immaculate, beautifully decorated as well as perfectly located just steps from the pool and restaurants. “This is a budget friendly condo complex located directly on the beach about 5 minutes from St Andrews State Park which is on the east end of PCB. Great location for quick access to most dinning and entertainment. The unit was nice, good amenities but this particular unit needed a little better cleaning but overall acceptable.
