“First off it was bike week and the website said there were no events happening at the time I went.It was clean but the beds where very uncomfortable. The place was very 1990's dated. The wifi password was not sent to me and I had to call to get the information. I blocked traffic going in because the gate code wasn't sent in advance. I would not stay in this unit again. Also the shower nob came off when I turned it to turn the water on.”

“When we first got there we had to call at 12:30 at night and get 3 different codes before we could get in. The property was clean and the exactly like pictures, there is a microwave and mini fridge. The a/c wasn't working for 2 days of our stay and the property manager never made contact. The room got up to 80 degrees but after the a/c started working it was okay”

“The condo I booked was not what matched the photos! I immediately reached out to host, Laura. She responded quickly & apologized for the mix up. The photos on my booking were a different unit. She had another unit available that was more accommodating & moved us right away! The unit was clean & spacious with plenty of comfy sleeping quarters for our large group of 10! The construction outside of Nautilus Cove Condos does make coming & going a headache, to say the least. I wish I had known about……

“It was perfect. We were so thankful to be able to stay here because of last minute reservations. Beautiful beach. Loved the deck! The room was just what we needed. Plus, the location of our room was close to stairs and elevator. I was happy about the privacy of the resort because of arm bands and the uncrowded beach area!”

“The room was exactly what we anticipated being a studio suite. The beds and furnishings were new and clean. The chairs and umbrella were perfect for the beach. The umbrella could be a little bigger but no complaints. The building is older but was well maintained and clean. The only complaint I had was the location of the shelf's and hangar rack. It made it hard to stand in front of the sink and mirror without hitting my head. Move it to the other wall on the other side of the mirror and problem……

“I have to give this rating because unfortunately the room was given to me with the bed sheets dirty and uncovered. The sofa cushions were thrown on the TV shelf, so apparently it was an oversight or bad job on the part of the person in charge of the room. cleaning, I have to admit that customer service was attentive to this but it was not until the next day that they put clean sheets.
