“Very nice condo that had everything we needed. It was well decorated and spacious for our family. The property was clean upon arrival and was in a great location. There was good communication from the owner. The one thing that we didn't enjoy was that the patio shown in the photos is a public patio, so we regularly had random people hanging out on the patio and talking right outside our window throughout the trip. Otherwise, we really enjoyed everything about our stay. ”

“Or first trip to Rosemary Beach and could not have chosen a better location! We were in the middle of all the shops, restaurants and across from the beach access. “Really nice studio apartment with an excellent location close to beach, shops, restaurants. Two things to look into: couch pull-out bed was stuck closed and kitchen sink faucet leaked. Otherwise 5/5! Thank you. ”

“A very nice efficiency. It was clean, the bed was good, 2 tv’s, the bath was clean with good water pressure, and the kitchenette was adequate for our needs. The location is walking distance to Pier Park and other restaurants. The only negative is there is not a good view of the beach due to it being ground floor, however the pool is right out the door ”

“This place was wonderful – just like the online description and the location could not have been better! Very clean and terrific amenities! The only feedback might be the instructions provided – they could be a little more specific to the place, for example there’s no parking pass required for the property, but the instructions state that you would be towed if you don’t have a parking pass. “DO NOT STAY HERE. FALSE ADVERTISING!! The property management company told us upon arriving that we had to bring our own garbage bags, there were barely any toiletries and we were promised bicylces and the code to unlock them never worked. The 2nd day the smoke alarm went off in the morning for no reason and we had to leave for the entire day since the decibels were so high we couldnt stay in apartment. “Overall the condo was very nice inside & had pretty much everything you'd need kitchen wise. Loved the balcony, but the railing & floor could use a good scrub. The beach staff were wonderful & worked hard everyday to ensure things were ready for guests. Like others have mentioned the elevator is VERRRRYYY slow & using stairs at end of building is not really an option.
