“The studio condo we stayed in was basically a king room with a kitchen sink. The facility was safe and secure- but we weren't given an entry code to one of the doors. Luckily, customer service hotline was able to help, but it was exasperating. I was devastated on arrival to realize that there WAS NO PRIVATE BALCONY for this room as advertised, and sitting on the balcony and feeling sea breezes was what I was looking forward to the most. “First, I would like to say that Matthew, one of the staff members was so nice, helpful and engaging. There was also another young man in the Tower1 and 2 gift shop (Mikel?) that was super pleasnt as well. Calypso Tower 3 is located right across the street from the Gulf with great Gulf and strip views. It is located next to Pier Park which has tons of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. We didnt have to leave the facility at all for any entertainment. The only issue I had was within the booking process. “We had a great stay at this place. Certainly, the place was in 5 star condition. The pictures are accurate to what the place looks like and it’s in a great spot. If it were based on that alone, it would be 5 stars. Some issues we had were: 1. The rules were not sent to us until midnight the day before.
