“This house is in a great location- just a few blocks from the beach and to 30A. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby, close to public access to the beach, walking distance to many things. If you don’t want to walk or drive your car, bikes and a golf cart are provided. The heater on the pool wasn’t working before our arrival but we were notified and someone was sent out to fix it. We were refunded the heater fee for the days we were unable to use the pool. Communication was prompt and easy.……

“If you want a house near all the things to do in Seaside this is the place. Four minute walk to beach at end of street and five minute bike ride to Seaside Square with food and shopping. A short bike ride to Publix if you don't want to eat out all the time. We ate out mostly so didn't really use the kitchen. Having the four adult bikes was a great advantage and saved money from renting them elsewhere. Old charm home on a tree lined street. A beautiful setting.”
