“No hassle check-in / check-out. My event took place onsite so everything was walking distance; I didn’t really need a vehicle because of food/stores nearby. Comfortable relaxed beach vibe and safety/security was never in question.”

The beach staff were wonderful & worked hard everyday to ensure things were ready for guests. Like others have mentioned the elevator is VERRRRYYY slow & using stairs at end of building is not really an option. “For any participants in Ironman competitions in PCB, this is a GREAT location and property. Affordable, yet walkable to the Ironman village and the transition area for race day itself. Also a huge bonus getting to look directly onto the beach and waterfront, all while having access to pools and hottubs on the property. It made it so easy to navigate during race prep and easy to return to after a tough competition. Highly recommend!”

One hot tub was cold but had bubbles; the other was hot but no bubbles. All needed cleaning. Water pressure was not great in the room; bathroom sink drained slowly from first day there; by end of week it wouldn't drain. Shower ran cold during 2nd person's turn, so that required us to develop a schedule so all could enjoy some warmth. But really, even……

“The property offered ample space and looked exactly like the pictures online! We so appreciate the golf cart that was available to use along with the beach chairs/umbrella, kids toys, and outdoor games. The house was very clean - the only thing we noticed was the coffee maker was not clean when we arrived (there were still grinds in the coffee maker). There are a few improvements that could be suggested to improve the guest experience - - Beach towels for guests to use - Hooks in the laundry……
