“Where do I begin!! When we walked in we walked straight out onto the balcony and the view took our breath away! It was one of the cleanest condos we’ve ever stayed at from the floors to the appliances, dishes and furniture you can definitely tell they do not spare any cost with the cleaning service. The room is so spacious we did not feel cramped at all like we did at many other condos we’ve stayed at over the past 22yrs. Oh I have to mention the AC!! “The location and view are great! I don’t like that the property lets people setup beach chairs and umbrellas in front of the rental chairs but not a huge concern! The only negative about the condo itself was the bunk room was pretty hot! The unit has oscillating fans and a box fan for the room but I don’t know if the AC duct work needs to be looked at and the ceiling fan likely needs replaced as the fan speed couldn’t be changed! “Daughter and I were looking for a quick get away and booked this as they had a last minute cancelation. The condo is bright and very beachy. Lots of windows in both the living area and master bedroom. The balcony is huge and best of all is what floor the unit is on. After staying here I would never be above the 2nd floor. “We had a great time at Tidewater! The condo was very clean. Check in/out instructions were very easy to follow. Great views. The condo was on the strip but far enough away that you could easily avoid the busy areas. The only complaint I have (which is no fault of the host) is that part of the elevators were out of service. “It’s a perfect getaway right on the beach. With a king mattress, two bunk beds, and a pullout couch you enjoy this place with many family and friends. It’s super clean, showers work great and the view is unbeatable. Parking is super easy with the garage having luggage carts and an over the street walkway.
