“Our second time here and we love to location. It’s near the Pier Park shopping area that’s walkable from the Hotel and the beach is across the street. Self parking and Valet are available and checking in and out was a breeze. We didn’t really have to go anywhere. ”

“Staying at the Inn is great because you have your own pool just for Inn guests--all other pools are INSANELY and obnoxiously crowded. So if you are staying on property at a house, not at the Inn, good luck with enjoying the pool. Staying at the Inn, however, was very low key and enjoyable. ”

“It’s a perfect getaway right on the beach. With a king mattress, two bunk beds, and a pullout couch you enjoy this place with many family and friends. It’s super clean, showers work great and the view is unbeatable. Parking is super easy with the garage having luggage carts and an over the street walkway. Would highly recommend to anyone interested. ”

“Our family had a fantastic time! We loved the fully stocked kitchen, provided towels/linens and washer/dryer. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids (10 and 14). The views (and the sound of the water) from the balcony could not be beat. Phil was so helpful and responded quickly to any questions. If we are back in the area, we will be sure to stay again!”

“A wonderful condo- great location, beautiful views. It was within walking distance to Pier Park and a couple of restaurants. 8th floor is great. Didn’t have any issues with parking. Good pools, hot tub and quick access to the beach. We would love to return. A few things were included that I didn’t expect— coffee pods, trash bags, dish soap, etc. We have definitely stayed in places that those weren’t included! A new washer/dryer which worked great. “The condo was huge, with more than enough room for a decent size family or group. The view is spectacular and the rooftop terrace is super cool and unique. The property owner was seamless in advance and there was no need to contact him before or during the stay. There’s plenty of parking and security access was easy. ”
