“If you are looking for a nice, updated place to stay with easy walking access to shops and all the things to enjoy in Rosemary Beach, this place is for you. The best part of our stay was the hosts. Paradise Properties did an outstanding job with communication from helping us get a new code immediately upon check in because the one provided wasn’t working, to checking in throughout our stay to see how things were going. The only thing I will mention is the room is below a carriage house, as well……

“The house was wonderful—heated pool and hot tub, beach views, close proximity to a donut and pizza shop and grocery store. The elevator is great for anyone with mobility issues. House owner was extremely responsive. ”

“We have been coming to Edgewater Beach Resort for 30 years. This place has been around a long time. It is still the same place I remember and we enjoyed it. The condo is right across from the tennis courts so that was a plus. We couldn't figure out how to get the lights on the second night but it was okay- we played the night before. The condo was clean and very well stocked. They had all the utensils and bowls cups etc. we needed. We had a little issue with the bathroom sink but we figured it……

“Our stay at this VRBO had both positives and negatives. On the upside, the property is in a quiet, older neighborhood, making it a peaceful retreat. The owners were responsive and helpful when we reached out, and the home had great amenities that added to our comfort.However, there were some major downsides. Upon arrival, the keypad was dead which made checking in a longer process than necessary. Boring to us that this property was not maintained in a while. The cleanliness was disappointing.……

“The property was okay. The views and beach access was great but this property needs some attention. We had a couple minor issues but the property management were very attentive and helpful which was appreciated. The first floor patio furniture was terrible. The corners of the square metal table were completely rusted through and the chairs had rust stains running down them and the round outdoor table was broken within itself, all should be thrown away. It’s a nice property, but needs some TLC.”
