“Overall the property was nice, great locaqtion being very close to the beach, and very large house with more than enough bathrooms for everyone. Only downfall is it didn't have very many amenities, such as no coffee filters to brew coffee, no seasonings for cooking, no board games of even cards. ”

“There was an issue when we booked it and it apparently didn’t come through on Vrbo to the property manager about us booking it until the morning of. So we kinda of freaked out because we got no check in or check out process email. But finally got them on the phone and it was fine after that. It was overall pretty clean. Hasn’t been dusted good in a while and the floors turned our feet and socks black. It was right around the corn from pier park! Close to the beach. That was nice! ”

“Visited in Feb. 2025. 3-story townhouse design with 3-flights of steps to all floors. Amazing beach location right on the Gulf with very few people. Beaches are dog-friendly, FYI. Outside deck overlooking Gulf is in great shape with teak furniture; recently updated. Interior rooms/flooring updated as well. Bathrooms & laundry/showers just great! Smart TV’s throughout so bring your user ID’s and passwords. Furniture is consistent with a rental property, although tasteful. Kitchen needs a……
