“The good: great location, easy check in, great communication, amazing view from the tower, awesome deck/porch, cute architectural gem of a house.The mediocre: beds are a bit uncomfortable, the upstairs bedroom is open to the family room below (it is not a closed off room), a bit awkward getting up and down the narrow spiral stairs, fixtures etc a bit old/dated (but clean), downstairs shower slow to drain.”

“House and kitchen are wonderful. The pool was perfect to sit and relax in. It isn’t really made for play. The door to the house was a little temperamental with the pool alarm but we managed. The bikes and cart amenities were so convenient. Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“The location of this property couldn't be better! If you're looking for a quiet beach front property this is for you. Private beach right in the back yard and few homes in the area make it ideal. It would be nice if the property had some bikes, but you could always rent. We ended up driving everywhere except for one walk to The Donut Hole for breakfast one morning. The place needs a few minor tweaks such as a new pull out couch bed, a new, clean slip cover and a new shower head in the master……

“We hosted a bachelorette here and it was the perfect location! Walkable to everything and the tram service in the neighborhood was an added bonus for when we had extra beach supplies! ”

“Great house with excellent owner support. Great space, everything worked in an excellent gated neighborhood. Kitchen had everything for our party of 9. Communication with check in was great and super easy. Two easy suggestions.....make it clear the golf cart cannot leave the neighbor. Would have been nice to know. Second, get new smart TVs. Property has everything except for that. 600 gets you 3 smart tvs in all major rooms. Would defintely go back!”

“Greast house! Upon arrival the home had not been cleaned due to a scheduling glitch. The property manager was responsible and handled the issue quickly and professionally. She also included VISA gift card for our trouble. ”

“We stayed with our family of 4 and had an awesome trip. The house was great and the location was an easy bike ride to Rosemary Beach or the Inlet Beach public beach access. Only downsides were how busy the highway is between the property and the beach (there is an underpass but you have to go a little bit out of your way to safely cross the highway and then back track to the beach). Also, there were some dirty dishes in the cupboard when we arrived - not a huge deal, we just washed them of……
