“This property caught my eye with the location and amazing interior. We have been coming to 30A for many years and this was hands down our most easy, enjoyable vacation yet and it’s all thanks to this rental! It was beautiful, clean, directly on the beach, and came with more than everything you need for a comfortable stay. I have 0 complaints. “Room was smaller than expected. Ideal location. Air conditioner worked well. Bed was comfortable. Location was great. Cleanliness was a little less than perfect. Found broken glass shards in rug around the bed. Swept several pieces out after stepping on a few. Small cut on foot after pulling shard out. Wife said decorating walls would help cuten up the place.”

“Our host was absolutely amazing from giving recommendations to little details on grocery stores etc. The house was beautiful, beds are very comfortable. The care taker came and had the a/c set for us so we walked into a cool and cozy home! There was everything we needed for cooking, family games, even a Playstation for my teens! Wee are looking forward to our next trip and we will be staying at "sugar bach" again.”

“Gulf Place is our favorite place to stay, and we have stayed at the Inn several times. The room was in good condition, with a good view of the Gulf, and ample supplies. The mattress needs an upgrade.This is the first time there has ever been an issue with the elevator. It wasn’t working all weekend and we were on the 4th floor, so we got a little exercise, coming and going.Hopefully, it will be fixed for the next people that stay.”

“Enjoyed great location near beach and friends. Place was as advertised - a cozy and comfortable efficiency. Work being done on the property was loud at times and covered the nice view to the pool. Bathroom and bedding were not completely clean and Wi-fi did not work upon arrival. Management company communicated well and worked to fix problems. ”
