“We got in very late and were exhausted. There was no cart for our considerable amount of stuff. The young woman at the desk clearly could not have cared any less. She actually shrugged and did not respond. After that bad start, all of the other staff was excellent and took care when they spoke to us and were very helpful. We really don’t need much generally but being disregarded is just rude. I want to shout out about the front desk man, Antonio. Pleasant and efficient.”
