“From the first encounter at the front desk upon check-in to the making of the room, there was always some little things that made me want to leave the place sooner ((for example: I was waken up twice in the middle of the night by spiders crawling across my face). However, breakfast was quite acceptable. ”

“Jacob, the reception manager at The Birches went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with a double booking issue I had with Expedia and secure my refund. Expedia still has an old account of mine from twenty years ago listing a yahoo email I no longer use. You cannot get a human being to help in real time at Expedia. I have tried for years to get Expedia to use only my new account and associated email to no avail. I had only one booking showing on my Expedia app until check in time when……

“Very nice stay! The staff was wonderful, he handled all our reservations and requests beautifully, very helpful and even recognized my voice from our phone conversation when we checked in. That has never happened before❣️The area was quiet and very close to the Saratoga Spa Park. Rooms are very clean and basic, older motel but kept in good shape. The pool was closed, it’s seasonal, and it was 39 degrees at night- no polar bear plunges for this southern girl, lol. We enjoyed our stay there and……
