“Centrally located, rooms were spacious and clean, good value for money but don’t expect this is a hotel; it’s more like a youth hostel. Reception only opens half day (check in only until 3:30pm) and we had a hard time reaching out to the staff..no one replies any email before arrival.”

“8min walking from Graz rail station (better the exit to old town even though A&O is located in the opposite side) and 20min to old town. No kitchen and even no kettle and microwave. Reception lacks experience but has ok attitude. Room is clean with separate toilet and shower rooms. If the team becomes experienced and kitchen is equipped, it will become a super good place. ”

“这家酒店在距离维也纳市中心20分钟车程的山上，有免费停车位。这个酒店的外形像一个城堡，房间也很大，有一张双人床，还有一个沙发床，全家人住一点问题都没有。唯一一点小缺点就是床太软了，睡醒有点腰疼。”

“Our group only had 1 night here. The stay was pretty comfortable, although it was quite difficult sharing 1 bathroom amongst 5 adults, but we managed. Space was sufficient for us and overall stay was comfortable. Only thing was that floor of the room was like stone/concrete, which didn’t seem comfortable to walk around barefooted. Thankfully we had slippers. There is no free parking onsite, but there is street side parking.”
