“Ein tolles, gemütliches Hotel. Wir kamen nach 17 Uhr an und wurden am Vortag kontaktiert, um alles abzustimmen. Man hat uns einen Code für den Self-Check-in geschickt – das war sehr bequem für uns. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze. Das Hotel liegt in einer hervorragenden Lage – von der Terrasse aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Stadt und die Berge. Gutes Frühstück, das Zimmer war groß, sauber und modern. Wir empfehlen das Hotel weiter und kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Region sind.”

“I had a very pleasant stay in a clean and comfortable room with a lovely view of one of Vienna's beautiful buildings. Upon arrival, I urgently needed to find a pharmacy, but most were closed. Hudeifa went above and beyond to assist me—he not only helped locate a night pharmacy but also accompanied me there and communicated in German to ensure I got the correct medication. “This is one of the nicest limehomes we’ve stayed it. The room itself is massive and very grand looking. The locations is steps away from the metro and not far from grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. We stayed with our two children and it was perfect. Mobility wise, there are some steps about 10-12 stairs to get into the main floor where the lift is located, and in order to use the laundry, you must go down stairs from this floor as the lift doesn’t go into the basement, which might be……

Cuando subimos nos encontramos con un lugar sucio, en condiciones de semiabandono (mostrador de recepción hinchado de la humedad). Nos llevan directamente a nuestra habitación, la cama era tapizada y el tapizado estaba mugriento, la habitación sin barrer, había pelos, tiritas usadas, etc de clientes anteriores.
