“The staff is really kind and helpful. The room is extremely clean and tidy. The instruction and the restaurant he recommended is excellent. Everything is perfect. However, you should be careful that they don't have an escalator and you have to walk up for the stairs.”

“lOVE THE LOCATION”

“I have to say, Albergo Birillo has the best staff and breakfast. This hotel has no lift. Their staff, a girl, helped us carry our >30 Kg luggage to 2nd floor (it's 3rd floor in other country). The breakfast is wonderful. I will recommend you to stay here.”

“This is an exceptional place. Extremely modern and clean and very close to the train station. The area is okay but kind of noisy. Luckily the superior windows blocked out the noise. The owners are accommodating as they do not live on the property. Communication with them was great. Would highly recommend. ”

“This unit is in a quaint old building with an elevator only a short walk to the central train station to visit cinque terre. There is a coffee shop right next door with delicious pastries. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores a short walk away. Excellent pizzaria across the street. Check in was super easy and great communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again. ”
