“Run by locals and absolutely seamless experience. Although an older motel, it is perfect. Rooms are clean with easy access. Late check in was no problem and was able to extend my stay with ease! I will be checking Cascade first when I plan my next trip to Townsville! Loved that older style where your vehicle is parked right outside your door. Highly recommend this place if available. ”

“The property looks run down however i had a great night sleep. The room was very basic but clean and the bed comfortable. I would stay at this property again due to the location convenience and price.”

“Safe and quiet. The road outside the cabin needs to be a bit wider as with the constant rain the grass area got very muddy and our shoes suffered from mud and water. Apart from that the cabin was cosy and the bed good.”

“An excellent place to chill out from every day stresses and work. All the facilities available within, bus stop only 50m away, beach across the road. Alma Bay approx 2klm away beautiful beach to swim at. Accomm close to Nelly Bay for shopping. Such a cruisy place to stay. Thororoughly enjoyed my stay at Champagne Apartments.”
