“Property was very nice. A few things needed upgrades. The grill was rusty and we couldn’t use it. The bathtub needed a grab bar. The treads to the dock were very slippery when wet because of mold. And a couple of treads leading down to dock were loose. We enjoyed boating and fishing was great. It was also nice to have boat ramp so close to cottage and our boat right on our dock. ”

“This two-story cottage is as beautiful as the photos suggest. It is quite large with thoughtful Maine artwork, and restful views out every window. The birds were especially welcoming every morning, and every night was very quiet. The air-conditioning units worked well through the unusual heat dome that passed over Maine this June. Our property manager was easy to reach and extremely helpful.The TV really is a smart TV, so that tuning into one's own Netflix or other streaming account works……
