“Beautiful little cabin on a quiet cove! We had a great time. If you’re looking for privacy off the beaten path this is perfect. But lots of driving to get to popular destinations well worth it for my family and I. ”

“Property was very nice. A few things needed upgrades. The grill was rusty and we couldn’t use it. The bathtub needed a grab bar. The treads to the dock were very slippery when wet because of mold. And a couple of treads leading down to dock were loose. We enjoyed boating and fishing was great. It was also nice to have boat ramp so close to cottage and our boat right on our dock. ”

“Cabin was just as it was described. Everything we needed. Stairs down to the water could use some maintenance. The dock and water were fantastic. My kids loves going out to the island. Overall great property. Would definitely come back.”

“We really enjoyed staying here, would have never known about Vinalhaven otherwise! The cottage was close to the town, so it was easy to get to everything on the island for the few days we were there. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, we were able to unwind without worry. “We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was very clean comfortable and cute. As described in listing, the cottage is a bit of a walk from the parking area. But the location of the cottage (with dappled sunlight, picnic table and grill) is very pleasant. We paddle boarded at several high quality locations in the area. We also enjoyed a couple of hikes and ate great seafood. We would stay here again. ”

“The cabin was nestled far enough back from the road with great surrounding trees that it felt very private and quiet. We loved the cabin, it was clean and cute and had everything we needed! Perfect town for a quiet getaway, beach, history, dining, it was perfect!”

“I had a wonderful experience at your house. I loved having my coffee on the deck, and some wonderful sunsets. The last night, someone moved in next door with 3 dogs that barked alot, but that was only one day.You left great instructions. Thank you.”
