“The customer service is very enthusiastic, and their service style makes me feel very cordial.”

“Check in/out process ans employees were friendly and quick/easy. Beds were comfy. Room was clean. The tv for some reason was a pain to manage... every time i cut it on i had to "retune" the channels in order to be able to change the channels and i wish the water pressure would have been better (but thats just my preference). Other than those two small areas, neither of which were a huge deal, our stay was nice.”

“Overall the stay was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant. And, the whole property needs to be completely renovated. There is evidence on the ceiling of a prior leak in the main room and the bathroom. The refrigerator didn’t work. There was no desk or chair. And no WiFi. The door locked but didn’t seem secure enough to stop any potential robber.”

“Great desk staff, all were very friendly, best was Devyn. She was first I've met in along time that was super social. Breakfast was good/fresh, bed comfortable, rooms pretty clean, loved the streaming service. Very quiet hotel as well.”
