“I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I had a less than pleasant experience. The room had a persistent bad smell, and the bedding was not as clean as I would have expected. The service left a lot to be desired, with staff members seeming uninterested in helping. The breakfast was also quite disappointing, with limited options and quality that did not meet expectations. Additionally, the bathroom size was smaller than anticipated. I hope the hotel can take these comments into……

“This was the perfect hotel for a hershey park trip. the service was next level. the two people at check in were so friendly and helpful. they were doing everything! really great experience. we were able to eat downstairs and watch the game we wanted once we settled in. beautiful surrounding area. very close to restaurants and shopping. best part was that it was 7 minutes from hershey park. ”
