“They gave us a room upgrade👍. Loved the 24/7 free coffee, tea and hot water in the lobby and cookies too! They also had a very good breakfast Only negative was even though each of the three floors had an ice machine, only one was working. ”

“Room was fine nothing special. Food, menu offerings and service at the restaurant were just fair. We signed up for the free nature encounter and waited 30 minutes but no one ever showed. We were there for a romantic weekend. The hotel was ok but the waterfall was amazing and that's the main attraction if you're staying there.”
