“The hot tub was empty and not working. The jets for the jacuzzi tub inside were not working. Called Vacasa several times and was told I would receive a call back. Never did!!!! They did refund a small amount back as a hot tub fee. I booked the cabin BECAUSE of the hot tub. I would have booked another cabin if they would have been honest. I never heard from the property manager. DO NOT book through Vacasa.”

“My husband and I stayed here for a week for our anniversary. The home was just the right size and well maintained. Hot tub was nice and so was the tub in the bedroom. The road coming in was pretty rough but our vehicle managed it well. ”

“Our family had a great time at this cozy cabin. We made great use of the hot tub and the available games provided by the owners. The location of the cabin was close by downtown, making travel with the little ones hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this cabin to folks!”

The cabin was very clean and had all the little necessities that I forgot to bring (coffee. Creamer, condiments, etc…) any question I had for the host, she responded within minutes. Excellent overall!!”

“The cabin was beautiful and immaculately clean! Kitchen stocked with everything one would need! Bedrooms beautifully decorated and clean! Bathroom clean with fresh towels! Hot tub and fire pit areas a big plus! The living room furniture so comfy especially for my husband who suffers from nerve damage! TVs all over the place!!! Even a little Christmas tree to help us celebrate our February Famiky Christmas getaway! Laura the host was always ready to answer any questions!!! We loved our stay!”

“We will never rent from this property management company again. We rent a cabin every year and had great experiences with all except this one. when we arrived it was 83 degrees. The cabin was hot and humid. The central air they list is a wall unit in the kitchen. It did not work. Two calls to the property management company and no call back or any assistance at all. The weather changed drastically the next day as it often does in the mountains. The wall unit is an AC/Heater unit. So.. not heat……
